Store Managers run all aspects of store operations including budgets, stock control, management of the store team, and making sure that everyone delivers exceptional customer service in a store that is well stocked and pleasant to shop in. For these positions you will need experience of managing a store for another chain retailer.

Trading Managers are responsible for all aspects of one particular area of their store, such as fresh foods or checkouts and services. They manage the colleagues within their area and take pride in giving customers a fantastic shopping experience by making sure that the highest standards are maintained. For these roles you will need some management or supervisory experience within the retail sector or another high volume, customer facing environment.

Supervisors are responsible for making sure our shelves are full, ensuring that products and prices are properly displayed, and supervising the work of our Customer Service Assistants. To apply for these roles you will need some retail and/or supervisory experience.

Customer Services Assistants are the driving force of our business. They serve the customers at the checkout, replenish the shelves, and ensure that customers always receive first class levels of service. To apply for these positions you will need to be good with people, have bags of enthusiasm, and a positive approach to customer service.
