Registering for the Home Delivery service takes only a few minutes and we'll give you a personal Home Delivery Card which you present each time you want to use the service. Your shopping will be carefully stored so your frozen foods are kept frozen and your chilled goods are kept chilled. Our refrigerated vans keep your purchases in perfect condition for delivery to your home at the time you've requested.
We'll always take great care of your shopping, but if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with anything you've bought, we promise to either replace the product or give you your money back. That's your guarantee of quality every time you shop.
* Delivery is free when you spend £25** or more in one transaction and live within the designated postcode area. If you spend less than £25 there is a delivery charge of £3. If you live outside the designated postcode area, the store manager may agree to deliver to you for a charge of £5.
** Excluding cigarettes and tobacco, gift vouchers, savings stamps, postage stamps, telephone cards (including mobile phone top-ups), fireworks and sparklers, all lottery tickets and scratchcards, medicines (including vitamins and minerals), infant formulae, top-ups to utility meter keys, rotisserie and other hot food, purchases from vending machines and purchases of fuel, oil and other motoring services.
Proof of identity may be requested on delivery. Signature on receipt will be proof of delivery. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be made to the stores within 24 hours of delivery. As part of our responsibilities to you and the community we regret that we are unable to make deliveries where there is, or appears to be, no one aged 18 or over to accept them. If no one is in, or no one appears to be 18 years or over at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be returned to the store and redelivery will be arranged. We reserve the right to charge customers for redelivery (maximum of £5). We regret that the home delivery service may be temporarily unavailable for reasons beyond our control and, in the event, in store communication will advise customers that the service is not operational.
