If you're just after a quick bite, our Classic sandwiches start at just £1. The choice includes Free Range Egg, Cheese and Onion and Ham and Cheese, and even the most expensive costs only £1.70.

For a more substantial sarnie, try one of our Deep Fill and Triples, which cost between £2 and £2.30. One of these includes 50% extra free, so you get even more munch for your money.

For the health conscious, our Healthy Living sandwiches and wraps cost from £1.15 to £2.50, while our standard choice of wraps cost £2.60 each and include Duck, Chicken and Bacon Caesar and Southern Fried Chicken.

If you really fancy a treat, go for something from our Truly Irresistible range – a premium selection that uses named cheeses and Freedom Food meat and fish.

We've also got a Limited Edition selection of seasonal sandwiches, rolls and wraps. The current selection is Italian-themed and includes Chicken Arrabiata Wrap and an Italian Meatball Sub (both £2.50) as well as Mozzarella and Sun-blushed Tomato (£2.30).

Half of our sandwiches are less than 400 calories, and a third have a green dot on the packet, meaning they're particularly low in bad stuff or especially high in something good, like fibre.

Salads and fruit

We've got a variety of pasta and leaf based salads to suit all tastes. Our latest additions include Honey and Mustard Pasta, Sweet Chilli Chicken Salad and Chicken Caesar Salad. In terms of fruit, don't miss out on a mouthwatering Classic Fruit Medley.

Juices and smoothies

Our exciting range of single portion juices and smoothies includes Fairtrade Orange Juice, Mixed Berry Smoothie and Tropical Smoothie (all 250ml).

Desserts and snacks

Pick something from our snack-sized range, which includes delicious treats like Fairtrade Chocolate Brownie and Fairtrade Flapjack. For a healthier option, go for a reduced fat dessert or light treat such as Summer Fruit Jelly.

Meal Deal

We're improving our Food to Go meal deal, which will be available in all stores. The deal covers any stickered sandwich or salad + selected snack + selected drink.

You can now pick from healthier choices including snacking fruit, water and salads, as well as Fairtrade products like flapjacks and brownies. Branded favourites such as Walkers Crisps, Coke (500ml) and Tropicana (330ml) are still included in the deal.
